True North recommends that organizations minimally have a two-day strategic planning session followed by an annual retreat where the yearly action plan can be reviewed and amended.

We believe the key is moving beyond simply managing to be fully engaged in level two (2) listening skills to create an empowering coaching culture. This shift will not only enhance professional development, it will develop a culture of creativity and accountability.
Over 1.5 days all leaders, managers, and supervisors will understand the differing personality types within their organization. This understanding will help supervisors successfully motivate and support their team while providing feedback to enhance the professional development skills of team members.
