True North Coaching engages individuals seeking 1:1 support to cultivate the wisdom of their intuition to make decisions in alignment with their most authentic selves.
We work closely with our clients to unearth the answers and develop solutions that are tailored to their unique challenges. Our approach is transparent, results-driven, and designed to help businesses succeed.
Coaches from True North will help you turn up the volume so you can hear the whispers of your soul. Our team is committed to delivering top-notch results that exceed expectations.
Each potential client receives a complementary 20-minute discovery call to assess if coaching can create the shifts the client is seeking. If at the end of this call the client is not sure what package might work best for them, they can purchase a one-time-only, 55-minute coaching session for $99.
The Warrior Coaching Package $690
A warrior coaching package will help the client achieve a specific goal that will move them forward to achieve the desired result in six (6) weeks. Clients who participated in a True North Retreat, worked previously with a coach, or are interested in leadership coaching would greatly benefit from this package. See details below:
- 60-minute Mapping Session to discuss the specific goal the client wants to achieve in this fast-paced action-oriented plan to achieve the desired result as soon as possible. The client answers the following questions: What does success look like? What does it feel like? If you woke up tomorrow morning and achieved this goal what would be different in your life?
- Unlimited email support for six weeks
- Weekly affirmations based on the goal that the client wants to achieve
- Six (6) 45-minute sessions focused on unlocking the specific actions that must be undertaken to achieve this goal. The Client will work through blocks and limiting beliefs to attain this essential goal
- The client receives a Written Action Plan after each call with additional tools and templates to work with prior to the next call
- One (1) 60-minute closing call
BECOMING PACKAGE: I AM THE SHIFT $2,070
Best support, in-depth coaching sessions, training tools, and templates to ensure the client will achieve the shift and transformation they are seeking · 90-minute Mapping Session to discuss the shift and transformation the client wants to create in their life. The Client and Coach work together to determine the main stepping stones that need to be achieved to ensure that the client achieves the shift to become aligned with their true north.
- ·Weekly affirmations based on the goals the client wants to achieve coupled with a daily centering activity for five minutes each day
- One check-in text each week from the coach and a 15-minute check-in call if needed.
- Twelve (12) 1:1 55-minute Zoom coaching sessions focused on unlocking the specific actions that must be undertaken to achieve this goal. The Client will work to listen to the wisdom they have within to make decisions in alignment with their most authentic self.
- Weekly journaling activities will help to solidify the work the client and coach are doing together.
- The client receives a Written Action Plan after each call with additional videos, tools, and templates to work with before the next call.
- One (1) 60-minute closing call. At True North, we take a collaborative approach to consulting.
Relationship Coaching
Relationship Tune-up $960
(These sessions are for couples in an intimate relationship, dating, partnership, marriage)
This series of eight (8) coaching calls is designed to help the couple understand and communicate better with one another. Participants will learn more about the distinct personality traits of their partner, their partner's love language, and apology language to create a shared vision of their relationship. The couple will become accustomed to using a structured conversation script to deal with conflict and difficult conversations.
This package includes:
- 60-minute Mapping Session to discuss the series of calls and complete an assessment on eight specific areas of their lives.
- The coach will establish a plan on how they will use the assessment in future sessions
- The coach will facilitate eight (8) 75-minute sessions focused on the designed activities.
- Weekly journaling activities are encouraged
- Clients receive a Written Action Plan after each call with additional tools and templates to work with prior to the next call
- One (1) 60-minute closing call
