true north billing policy

I, hereafter referred to as "Client" agree to pay seventy percent (70%) of the fee in advance as the planning process is initiated and the remaining thirty percent (30%) 30 days after receipt of invoice to True North Consulting.

Remaining reimbursement for expenses listed below will be payable within 30 days of the receipt of invoice.

A project estimate/scope-of-work document is valid for sixty (60) days.

Upon returning the estimate or scope-of-work document to True North (email notification of agreement with the proposal is acceptable), projects will be initiated.

Client directed modifications to a previously approved estimate/scope-of-work document may result in additional fees and changes to the project timeline.
